Cultural & Community Centre

A hub where all can dream, thrive, and find joy through collective action

About

Located on Beaumont Avenue in Parc-Extension, our centre supports a wide range of activities and programs organized by Brique par Brique and other citywide groups dedicated to social and transformative justice. The center, housed in a duplex that we own, includes an accessible event space on the ground floor and workspaces on the second floor.

As a key part of our mission, the center offers a common ground for expression, collaboration, and growth. We focus on programing that inspire, heal, and empower—open to all, but thoughtfully curated with the needs and aspirations of local residents in mind. By hosting diverse community activities and cultural events, we aim to build bridges between people and organizations while nurturing the talents of individuals in and beyond Parc-Extension.

The center is available for bookings, offering a welcoming space for grassroots organizations, community groups, and individuals to host their activities. We invite proposals for community-centered events and programs that align with our mission of fostering collaboration, empowerment, and social justice. Whether you’re looking to organize a workshop, cultural event, or community gathering, our space is open to ideas that resonate with the needs and aspirations of Parc-Extension residents.

Call 438-809-3405 or email beaumont@briqueparbrique.com to discuss your activity with a member of our team.

  • Groups that provide accessible activities for the Parc-Extension community and aim to build connections with local collectives and organizations.

  • Individuals, groups, and organizations offering essential services, such as immigration support, legal aid, mental health services, housing assistance, and educational resources.

  • Groups that foster intergenerational and/or cross-cultural dialogue, including activities for families, youth, and children.

  • Groups uplifting underrepresented or marginalized identities and communities.

  • Cultural organizations that promote heritage and traditions, particularly those from immigrant or diasporic backgrounds.

  • Local artists, performers, and creatives hosting workshops, exhibitions, or performances that engage and empower the community.
